EV606 is a six-story mixed-use apartment block located in Calgary’s East Village and stands out as a highlight of our portfolio. Partnering with Holz Constructors and Alston Developments, we relocated our team from Manitoba to Alberta for the project.
Final Result
The construction utilized mass timber, a product we had previous experience with, along with Holz’s prefab systems. Despite extreme winter conditions, our team successfully delivered this statement piece on Calgary's skyline, showcasing our adaptability and expertise.
