This 16x16 four-season sunroom, added to a recently built home in southeast Manitoba, seamlessly extends the main living space while maximizing natural light with windows on three sides. Lawford Construction managed the project, handling excavation, foundation work, structural building, window installation, and roof integration with the existing house.
Final Result
The exterior finishes were carefully matched to blend with the original structure. The "hot floor" system was insulated with closed-cell spray foam, ensuring year-round comfort. The client completed the interior finishings, making this a true collaborative effort.
