Project Brief / Challenges
This multi-family development consists of six identical 10-plex condominiums built for StreetSide Developments. Each building was constructed using prefabricated floor and wall systems, with roof sections preassembled on-site to improve efficiency and safety.
Initially brought in to assist with the first building’s roof construction, Lawford Construction took over the remaining five buildings, completing the structure and window installations. We partnered with Holz Constructors, who supplied and designed the prefab systems.
Final Result
Built with conventional wood framing, this 18-month project saw our team navigate challenging winter conditions, including heavy snowfall and equipment breakdowns, showcasing our ability to adapt and problem-solve in difficult environments.
